Ingredients

1 large new potato

1 medium onion

1 cup broccoli cutlets and wholes

1 cup mixed veggies

1 can cream of potato soup

1 can of milk (can from cream of potato soup)

garlic powder

onion powder

basil

salt

pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

mix last 5 ingredients together and set aside (this the seasoning that I mix and use for a lot of things. It tastes great on chicken and in ground beef)

cut potato in about 1 inch cubes

chop onion to preferred size

mix all ingredients together

cover and bake for 30 minutes

uncover and continue to bake until potatoes are soft when poked with a fork (about 5-10 more minutes)

let sit for 5 minutes to thicken

serve and enjoy. tastes great with pork.
