Tater Tot Casserole Recipe

This is a recipe my hubby got from our college cafeteria with a few of his own tweaks. Very easy to make.

Recent Gawkers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 family size can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag of tater tots
Directions
- In skillet brown ground beef with onion.
- Drain grease.
- Mix beef and onion mixture with soup.
- Put mixture into 9X13 pan and spread evenly.
- Place tater tots in single layer on top of beef and soup mixture.
- Bake in oven according to directions on the bag of tater tots.

I'm so not a tater tot person, but Scott and Ady love tater tots, so I'll have to try this out soon for them. Anything to get Ady to eat!
