How to make it

  • Cook time does not include soak time
  • Add raisins and rum to mixing bowl; soak 1 hour
  • In saucepan, add brown sugar and water
  • Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens, stirring constantly
  • Remove from heat and stir in raisin mixture and cream
  • Serve over ice cream
