Ingredients
  • 1 Pkg. "Jiffy" corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. of milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion or onion flakes
  • frying oil

Directions
  1. Preheat oil to 375'
  2. stir all ingredients untill well mixed
  3. Drop by level teaspoons into hot oil.
  4. Fry about 1 minute on each side.
