Garlic Ginger Water Chestnut Beef

- 1 pound beef cut into small pieces shopping list
- 4 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 can water chestnuts shopping list
- 1 can bamboo shoots shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Stir fry beef with oil, soy sauce and spices for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add bamboo shoots and water chestnuts then serve over hot rice.
