How to make it

  • In large skillet heat oil over medium high heat.
  • Brown beef stirring until lightly browned.
  • Stir in sliced onion, garlic and ginger then stir and cook 3 minutes.
  • Mix soy sauce, dry sherry, vinegar and cornstarch then add to skillet.
  • Cook and stir until sauce thickens then stir in honeydew and heat through.

    I never thought of cooking honeydew. The flavor combination sounds great. Does the honeydew disappear into the sauce or is it still recognizable?
