A very quick salad to put together but delicious too.I lost this recipe and missed it and just found it online.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbl. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbl. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbl. fresh dill,chopped
  • 1 tsp.sugar
  • 3/4 LB carrots,grated

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl whisk all ingredients but carrots ,together.Mix well.Add grated carrots,stir to combine.Chill until ready to serve.
