Mexican Chichen

- 1 pack of skinless boneless chicken 2 to 2.5 lbs. shopping list
- 2 cans of pinto beans rinsed and drained shopping list
- 2 cups picante sauce I use med. shopping list
- 2 cans tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 cups instant rice shopping list
How to make it
- In a 10 inch skillet put chicken,pintos,picante sauce and tomato sauce. Cover and bring to a slow boil for 35 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer and add instant rice. cover for 5 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
