How to make it

  • Toss the turkey, celery, cherries, dates and almonds in a medium bowl until well mixed.
  • In a separate bowl prepare the sauce by mixing well the yogurt, mayo, mustard, relish, tarragon, salt and pepper.
  • Add the sauce a tablespoon at a time until covered to your liking.
  • Refridgerate for at least 30 minutes. Server on wheat toast or spring greens as you like.
