Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds cooked cubed potatoes

2 hard cooked eggs chopped

1/2 c minced onion

1 stalk finely diced celery

1/2 c each sour cream and sandwich style salad dressing

1 Tbs sugar

1 tsp vinager

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp prepared mustard

Directions

Foodies, same old prep., mix the dressing ingredients into the bottom of a big bowl, toss in the rest and let this one sit a while. Read the paper, take out the trash, whatever. Now eat, cause you're gonna be hungry from all that work.
