Minen Mans favorite cold potato salad c

This is my husband's favorite cold potato salad. He really knows something about potatoes because he's German American.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds cooked cubed potatoes shopping list
- 2 hard cooked eggs chopped shopping list
- 1/2 c minced onion shopping list
- 1 stalk finely diced celery shopping list
- 1/2 c each sour cream and sandwich style salad dressing shopping list
- 1 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vinager shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Foodies, same old prep., mix the dressing ingredients into the bottom of a big bowl, toss in the rest and let this one sit a while. Read the paper, take out the trash, whatever. Now eat, cause you're gonna be hungry from all that work.
