Great cool dessert for the summer.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 to 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts, or nuts of choice

Directions
  1. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  2. Fold in whipped cream, marshmallows and peanuts.
  3. Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
  4. Refrigerate until serving.
  5. Tip: I used Cool Whip instead of whipping my own. Try chocolate chips or other added candies for variety>
