Smoked Salmon Appetizer Recipe

This is a favorite at our house and so easy to fix. Friends always comment that they never thought to do this type of appetizer. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8 oz. fillet of smoked salmon
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. pepper jelly
- Buttery crackers
Directions
- Lay your salmon fillet on a pretty plate. Lay a fork for service with the salmon.
- Beside the salmon lay your piece of cream cheese. Put 1/2 cup of pepper jelly in a microwave safe container and heat till it is melted. Pour over the cream cheese. Lay a cocktail knife next to it for service. Serve with crackers.
