How to make it

  • Combine beef, onion and green pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  • In small saucepan, combine tomato juice, bouillon granules, mustard and lemon juice.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Pour over beef.
  • Cover and chill overnight.
  • Serve on rolls with lettuce and tomato if desired.
