Creamy White Wine T-Bone Steaks

- 1/4 cup whole mixed peppercorns shopping list
- 4 thick T-bone steaks shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/4 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Crush peppercorns by pressing them against a flat surface with bottom of a heavy pot.
- Cover steaks with crushed peppercorns pressing them into the steak firmly.
- Season with salt and grill or broil until cooked to desired degree.
- Deglaze pan with stock and cream reducing liquid and stirring up brown bits in pan.
- Spoon over steaks and serve immediately.
