Apricot Barbecue Chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • Prep time does not include 24 hour chilling
  • Pour glaze into a ziplock bag.
  • Add chicken and marinade in refrigerator for 24 hours
  • Heat grill to medium
  • Remove chicken from glaze, salt and grill to brown on both sides
  • Remove chicken from grill and place in aluminun pan
  • Place chicken in pan.
  • Mix preserves with the water until a paste consisitency.
  • Brush over chicken.
  • Cook chicken on grill in pan about 25 minutes or cooked through.
  • Turn and batse ococcosionally
