How to make it

  • Saute the cubed tofu and walnuts in heated oil until the tofu is slightly golden (~7 minutes)
  • Add the pesto and water and turn the pan to low, gently stir for just a couple of minutes and remove from heat
  • Wash and finely tear the lettuce
  • Once the lettuce is prepared and the saute has cooled (it doesn't have to completely cool if you prefer a warm dressing) pour over the lettuce, toss and serve with the crumbled feta on top, MMM!
