Wonderful cake for all those wedding and baby showers you hold during the berry season when they are plentiful and delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 small box strawberry jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup strawberries-mashed
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • Icing:
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup strawberries- mashed
  • 1 small box powdered sugar, sifted

Directions
  1. Cake: Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees in a long glass dish.
  2. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick tests done.
  3. Let cool before icing.
  4. Icing: Beat ingredients together until smooth
  5. Smooth over entire cake. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desires.
  6. If you prefer, a cream cheese icing works great with this. It is good either way.
