Strawberry Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Cake: Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees in a long glass dish.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick tests done.
  • Let cool before icing.
  • Icing: Beat ingredients together until smooth
  • Smooth over entire cake. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desires.
  • If you prefer, a cream cheese icing works great with this. It is good either way.
