Tropical Chicken Kebabs Dated 1964

- 1/3 cup lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 6 chicken breast halves skinned boned and cut into 1-1/2” pieces shopping list
- 12 pearl onions peeled shopping list
- 1 large green pepper seeded and cut into 2” pieces shopping list
- 1 papaya peeled seeded and cut into 2” pieces shopping list
- 1-1 /2 cups fresh pineapple chunks shopping list
How to make it
- Combine lime juice, vegetable oil and honey in shallow dish.
- Add chicken and toss gently then cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours stirring occasionally.
- Remove chicken from marinade and reserve marinade.
- Alternatively thread chicken, onion, pepper, papaya and pineapple on 6 skewers.
- Coat grill rack with nonstick spray then place rack on grill over medium hot coals.
- Place kebabs on rack and cook 20 minutes turning and basting frequently with marinade.
