- 2 pounds round steak shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery shopping list
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced and separated into rings shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 can condensed tomato soup shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Trim round steak and pound well then cut into 8 pieces.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper then coat beef with flour mixture.
- Place meat and any remaining flour mixture into a rectangular baking dish.
- Combine celery, onion and green pepper in a small skillet then cook until tender.
- Mix with remaining ingredients and pour over beef then cook at 350 for 1 hour.
