- For the dough: makes 2 calzone shopping list
- * 7 1⁄3 oz flour shopping list
- * 2 Tbsp cornmeal shopping list
- * 4 fl oz lukewarm water shopping list
- * 1 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- * 1 tsp instant dry yeast shopping list
- * ¼ oz salt shopping list
- * 1 Tbsp honey shopping list
- * For the filling: shopping list
- * 3 ½ oz shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- * 5 1⁄3 oz ricotta cheese shopping list
- * 7 oz mixed mushrooms itlian mushroom and normal ones cut them up shopping list
- * 2 garlic cloves , sliced shopping list
- * 2 fl oz olive oil shopping list
- * 1 Tbsp thyme , chopped shopping list
- * salt and pepper shopping list
- * some grated parmesan cheese , for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Make dough frist … let rise for 60mins or watch movie on web site
- 2. add 2 tbsp olive oil to pan add mushroom cook for 2-3 mins add 2 cloves garlic and 1 more Tbsp of olive oil and salt and pepper and cook 1 -2 mins more then let cool
- .3. after the dough rises cut dough in half and make two balls and and let rise some more 15mins more
- 4, then roll dough out 6- 8 inch circle
- 5. then add moz shredded zarella cheese then 1 spoon full of ricotta cheese then mixed mushroos then 1 tbsp thyme then some salt and pepper
- 6. then fold over and press down with fork …
- 7. add cormeal to baking pan then put calzone on baking pan
- 8. preheat oven 500F for 8 mins or longer
- 9. then add brush olive oil on top of each one and sprink some grated parmesan chesses and sever
