Swiss Cheese Peppery Almond Quiche Dated 1982

- 1/2 cup red onion chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 cup half and half shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups swiss cheese shredded shopping list
- 1 cup almonds sliced shopping list
- 1 pie shell baked shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté onion in butter until tender.
- In small bowl beat eggs, milk, half and half, flour and pepper until lightly frothy.
- Stir in cooked onion, cheese and toasted sliced almonds until well mixed.
- Pour mixture into a still hot baked pie shell then bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes then slice and serve.
