How to make it

  • Heat the clarified butter
  • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 5-10 secs
  • add diced potatoes
  • add the remaining condiments and mix well
  • let the potatoes cook for 20 min. Incase its not yet cooked add half a cup of water to speeden the cooking
  • garnish with loads of coriander leaves
