Vietnamese Meatballs

- 1 pound ground hot sausage shopping list
- 1/2 small white onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300 then combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Wet hands and roll meat mixture into 1” balls then place on square baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes then garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve warm with extra soy or fish sauce for dipping.
