Ingredients

fresh whole fish

spices

lemon

tomatoes

onion

vinger

olive oil

mushrooms

polony

ham

bacon

breadcrums

lettuce

cream

butter

eggs

ginger

and anything else you would like to add to your stuffing

Directions

clean the fish removing scales

cut fish length wise avoid destorying the shape

remove all bones apart from the back bone

clean all the vegetables

chop finely

stir fry all the ingredients

beat eggs fry into omellete

cut the eggs into bite size pieces

finally stuff the fish with all the filling

grease baking pan

remember to pre-heat your oven at 230

place fish in & bake both sides tii golden brown

prepare your sauce

salad

mash your potatoes

best served warm.
