How to make it

  • clean the fish removing scales
  • cut fish length wise avoid destorying the shape
  • remove all bones apart from the back bone
  • clean all the vegetables
  • chop finely
  • stir fry all the ingredients
  • beat eggs fry into omellete
  • cut the eggs into bite size pieces
  • finally stuff the fish with all the filling
  • grease baking pan
  • remember to pre-heat your oven at 230
  • place fish in & bake both sides tii golden brown
  • prepare your sauce
  • salad
  • mash your potatoes
  • best served warm.

    My dictionary said that Polony was another name for Bologna or Bolony. That is an interesting addition with fish. Nice post.
