- olive oil shopping list
- brown rice (cooked) shopping list
- red bell pepper shopping list
- garlic clove shopping list
- cilantro shopping list
- Red or black beans (canned or cooked) shopping list
- Sundried tomatoes shopping list
- Tabasco sauce shopping list
- chicken broth shopping list
- Shredded mozzarella or pepper jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté minced garlic, chopped bell pepper in a little olive oil.
- Add sundried tomatoes and broth (enough to soak everything and rehydrate the tomatoes).
- When you’ve cooked off most of the broth, add cooked beans and cooked brown rice.
- Stir together and add a dash of Tabasco.
- Take off heat and add chopped fresh cilantro.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
