How to make it

  • Put the sugar, tea leaves, vanilla bean, cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, and 3 1/4 of the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min. Turn of heat, cover, and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Strain into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
  • freeze 4 tall glasses
  • pop frozen chai cubes in a blender with the remaining milk and ice cream. Blend until smooth.
