Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

- Crust: shopping list
- 2 cups chocolate wafers shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 Tsp butter, softened shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 12 ounces Hershey's chocolate Raspberry chips, melted and cooled shopping list
- 2 Tsp melted butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350^.
- Crust: Mix all ingredients completely.
- Butter sides and bottom of 9 inch spring-pan.
- Press crumb mixture about 2 inches up the side and onto bottom.
- Place in fridge.
- Filling: Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add melted chocolate, then melted butter and cream, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350^ for 1 hour.
- Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
