Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe
A very rich baked cheesecake with a balanced chocolate and raspberry blend.

Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 2 cups chocolate wafers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 Tsp butter, softened
  • Filling:
  • 1 1/2 pounds Philly Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 12 ounces Hershey's Chocolate Raspberry Chips, melted and cooled
  • 2 Tsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350^.
  2. Crust: Mix all ingredients completely.
  3. Butter sides and bottom of 9 inch spring-pan.
  4. Press crumb mixture about 2 inches up the side and onto bottom.
  5. Place in fridge.
  6. Filling: Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  7. Add eggs one at a time.
  8. Add melted chocolate, then melted butter and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  9. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350^ for 1 hour.
  10. Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
