Vietnamese Shrimp Meatballs Recipe
VIETNAMESE SHRIMP MEATBALLS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the McLean Estate in Irving, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound finely chopped shrimp
  • 1/2 small white onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 then combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Wet hands and roll meat mixture into 1" balls then place on square baking dish.
  3. Bake uncovered 30 minutes then garnish with coriander and serve warm with extra soy sauce.
