How to make it

  • Slice your chicken into 1/2 x 2 inch strips.
  • Pur flour, salt, and pepper in shallow bowls.
  • Pur milk into another shallow bowl.
  • Working in batches, dip chicken in milk, and roll into flour mixture, coating completely.
  • Divide chicken into batches.
  • Heat oil into a pot for 350 degrees.
  • Fry, turning once on each side.
  • Fry for 3 minutes, or until the sides are golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels.
