Chicken Fingers

- 4 chicken breast, skinless and boneless shopping list
- 1 cup of all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup of milk shopping list
- 1 cup of vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Slice your chicken into 1/2 x 2 inch strips.
- Pur flour, salt, and pepper in shallow bowls.
- Pur milk into another shallow bowl.
- Working in batches, dip chicken in milk, and roll into flour mixture, coating completely.
- Divide chicken into batches.
- Heat oil into a pot for 350 degrees.
- Fry, turning once on each side.
- Fry for 3 minutes, or until the sides are golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
