How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350^.
  • Crust:
  • Completely combine all ingredients.
  • Butter the sides and bottom of 10 inch spring-pan.
  • Press the crumb mixture up the sides about 2 inches and onto the bottom.
  • Place in freezer to set.
  • Filling:
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Fold in melted butterscotch.
  • Add melted butter and whipping cream, mixing thoroughly.
  • Stir in mini-chips.
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
  • Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
