Southern Pecan Pie

- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup Karo Light or dark corn syrup shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 cup pecans shopping list
- 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs slightly in a small bowl with mixer at medium speed.
- Beat in corn syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla dn salt.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour filling into a pastry shell.
- Bake at 350* for 55-65 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
- Cool.
- If desired, serve with some whipped cream.
