This dish is easy to make and satisfies an unexpected gathering.

Ingredients
  • 1 package party rye bread
  • 1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced
  • 1 8 oz. can mushrooms, drained and diced
  • 1 8 oz. can black olives, drained and diced
  • 1/2 c. provolone, cheddar mix, shredded
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 T. dijon mustard

Directions
  1. Sort out the party rye bread and line them up on a cookie sheet
  2. Heat oven to 350
  3. Cut up your ham, mushrooms, and black olives very fine
  4. Mix all ingredients together except the rye bread
  5. Top the rye bread with the mixed ingredients
  6. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until the rye bread is crispy.
