Mexican Chicken Casserole

- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed ot 2 large can chicken breasts in water shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can cheddar chesse or nacho cheese soup shopping list
- 1 can rotel tomatoes and green chilies shopping list
- Bag of Doritios ( regular ) shopping list
- shredded Mexican blend cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Crush Doritios and place in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle chicken on top of crushed chips.
- Pour chicken broth on top.
- In small bowl, mix Rotel and soups.
- Pour over chicken mixture.
- Cover top with Mexican cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes to brown cheese.
