  • Turn goat cheese out onto a plate
  • Halve vanilla pod and scrape out seedsinto microwave safe small bowl;add the honey and warm it through gently,for a few seconds,in the microwave. Pour warm honey over cheese and fruit.

    Ooh, honey and goat cheese--a winning combo! Hadn't thought about adding the vanilla, though. Sounds like a great touch.
