Goat Cheese With Vanilla Honey Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

31/2-4oz soft goat cheese

1 vanilla pod

3 Tbs honey(your favorite)

sliced strwberries for serving

Directions

Turn goat cheese out onto a plate

Halve vanilla pod and scrape out seedsinto microwave safe small bowl;add the honey and warm it through gently,for a few seconds,in the microwave. Pour warm honey over cheese and fruit.
