Italian Bean Soup

Easy, simple soup that even the pickiest eaters will love
Ingredients
- 1 can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth 15 oz shopping list
- 1 can cannelli bean shopping list
- 1 can kidney bean shopping list
- 1 small onion diced shopping list
- 3/4 lb cooked italian sausage (omit garlic powder, bay leaves, basil) shopping list
- or 1/2 lb of cooked ground turkey or beef (OPTIONAL) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp majoriam shopping list
- 1/2 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1/8-1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp basil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp bay leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Take sausage out of castings (or use the patties), cook and drain or cook and drain ground turkey or beef.
- Add meat to crock pot along with rest of the ingredients.
- Cook on low for about 6 hrs.
- Serve with salad
