How to make it

  • Prep does not include dressing making time
  • In a bowl combine the mayo, vinegar, sugar and curry powder
  • Whisk smooth, cover and refrigerate a few hours or even overnight
  • Combine broccoli, raisins, nuts, onion, bacon.
  • Pour over the dressing
  • Cover and chill till serving time
  • Just before serving, shake container a few times to disperse dressing before serving
