How to make it

  • For Sauce:
  • Stir hazelnuts into yogurt in a small bowl.
  • Mix in tarragon and sage.
  • Cover and refrigerate until grilling time,then bring to room temperature while crabs cook.
  • For Crabs:
  • Melt butter and stir in tarragon and sage.
  • Brush both sides of crabs with flavored butter.
  • Sprinkle crabs with bread crumbs.
  • Prepare grill,and when hot,place the crabs on grill rack,brushing with oil,about 4 to 6 inches from heat source.
  • Cook for about 6 minutes,turning once.
  • The Crabs will turn a reddish color when done.
  • Put two crabs on each individual plate.
  • Stir sauce and spoon a dollop of it onto each plate.
  • Serve hot.
