Had a bit of gourmet Wehani rice, a couple fresh Tilapia, herbs from the garden.....and thought to myself Hmmmmm I bet that would be good and Voila!

Ingredients
  • 2 Tilapia, about 1 ½-2lbs each
  • 1 cup Wehani rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 3tbs butter
  • 1tbs fresh leek chives
  • 1tbs fresh basil
  • Fresh ground sea salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 3tbs virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon

Directions
  1. Clean the Tilapia, if not already done, rub the inside with some olive oil, and season with the fresh ground sea salt, and pepper. Let it rest while cooking the herbed Wehani rice.
  2. Cook the rice with the butter and fresh herbs mostly done, about 20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed.
  3. Place herbed rice into fish cavity and bake @ 350f for 40 minutes and serve with lemon wedges for flavoring!
  4. Bon Appetit!
