How to make it

  • Clean the Tilapia, if not already done, rub the inside with some olive oil, and season with the fresh ground sea salt, and pepper. Let it rest while cooking the herbed Wehani rice.
  • Cook the rice with the butter and fresh herbs mostly done, about 20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed.
  • Place herbed rice into fish cavity and bake @ 350f for 40 minutes and serve with lemon wedges for flavoring!
  • Bon Appetit!
