Linguine With Genoa Salami And Sugar Peas Recipe
I was at a point where my pantry was echoing, I found a box of Linguine, an unopened package of Genoa Salami, a half pound of sugar peas...Let the inventing begin!

Ingredients
  • 1lb Linguine noodles
  • 8 oz thin sliced Genoa Salami
  • 1/2 lb sugar peas in the pods
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 - 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 Tbs powdered Ranch Dressing mix

Directions
  1. Cook noodles as directed on the package
  2. When noodles are cooked:
  3. Cut salami slices into 1/2 inch strips and add to noodles
  4. Add sugar peas to noodles
  5. Melt butter with crushed garlic and dressing mix. Mix well and pour over noodles and toss.
  6. Serve with Garlic Cheddar biscuts.
