How to make it

  • Heat a deep skillet with vegetable oil filling half way, over low/medium to medium heat.
  • In 1 bowl, whisk milk & eggs until blended.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper & seasoning and mix well.
  • Dip thawed chicken in flour, batter then flour again.
  • Place chicken in skillet, bone side up and cover to prevent oil from popping over you.
  • Let cook at least 10 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook another 5-10 minutes. Flip chicken back over for an additional 5-10 minutes. Leave cooking bone side up if crust is still soft.
