Lasagna

- 2 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 medium white onion; chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic; minced shopping list
- 2 1/2 cup tomatoes shopping list
- 1 6-8 oz tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 6 oz tomato paste shopping list
- 1 tbsp parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 c water shopping list
- 10 lasagna noodles shopping list
- 2/3 lb Mozzarella cheese; thinly sliced shopping list
- 6 tbsp parmesan cheese shopping list
- 12 slices Velveeta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in large saucepan.
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper & water. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Cook lasagna noodles in a large amount of boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Drain and lay in single layer on wax paper until dry.
- Arrange 1/2 noodles, 1/3 sauce, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese & 1/2 Velveeta cheese in 9x13 inch pan. Repeat the layers. Cover with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
