Stuffed Mushrooms

A easy baked appetizer for baby showers or other parties.
Ingredients
- 1 pint. mushrooms can use button or mature bellas. Flavor varies shopping list
- 1 cup scallions, chopped. Can reduce amount by adding green onions shopping list
- ½ lb bacon, fried shopping list
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- Clean mushrooms well. Snap stem off. The larger mushrooms you make have to scoop out. I used a tomato scooper.
- Combine scallions, bacon and cream cheese. Mix well.
- Scoop mixture into mushrooms. Top with a dab of butter and place in at 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
