A easy baked appetizer for baby showers or other parties.

Ingredients
  • 1 pint. Mushrooms can use button or mature bellas. Flavor varies
  • 1 cup scallions, chopped. Can reduce amount by adding green onions
  • ½ lb bacon, fried
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • butter

Directions
  1. Clean mushrooms well. Snap stem off. The larger mushrooms you make have to scoop out. I used a tomato scooper.
  2. Combine scallions, bacon and cream cheese. Mix well.
  3. Scoop mixture into mushrooms. Top with a dab of butter and place in at 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
