Rich Pumpkin Cake

This is a great cake for all year round, but especially good during the holiday season when you want to make an impression. This cake is very easy to make but looks and tastes like you slaved for hours.
Ingredients
- 1 large can pumpkin shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups butter melted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cloves.
- Blend thoroughly then pour blended mixture into greased rectangular cake pan.
- Top with dry cake mix then pecans then drizzle with melted butter and bake 55 minutes.
- Allow cake to stand several hours before serving.
