Chocolate Clouds Recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites

1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons Hershey's cocoa

(optional) 1 12 oz package of semi sweet mini chocolate chips

Directions

In large mixer, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form

Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff peaks hold and mixture is glossy

sift cocoa into egg mixture and FOLD until just combined DO NOT MIX OR IT WILL NOT TURN OUT RIGHT!!!

(optional) Fold in chocolate chips

heat oven to 300

cover cookiesheet(s) with parchment paper or foil

drop heaping tablespoons onto cookie sheet

bake 35 to45 min. or until JUST dry

Carefully peel cookies off paper and cool on wire rack (I use paper bags)

store in covered container

eat and be filled with yumminess!
