How to make it

  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat
  • Add the lamb and fry until brown
  • If desired, drain oil from the pan
  • Add chopped onion and continue to fry until translucent
  • Add crushed tomatoes and lower pan to simmer
  • Stir in garam masala, turmeric, ginger, garlic, and chili powder
  • Simmer until spices have blended well
  • Remove from heat and stir in honey
  • Serve with Greek yogurt on the side
