Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 4 Cups Peeled Carrots, cut crosswise
  • 1 TBSP Flour
  • 3 Cups or more, Chicken Stock
  • 1 Medium sized Orange
  • 1/2 TSP Powdered Ginger
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Chives, Coriander, or Mint leaves for garnish

Directions
  1. Cook onions in a large saucepan with the oil, until .
  2. Add the carrots, cover, and cook 3 minutes.
  3. Serve with the herb of your choice.
