- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 Cup Chopped onion shopping list
- 4 Cups Peeled carrots, cut crosswise shopping list
- 1 TBSP flour shopping list
- 3 Cups or more, chicken stock shopping list
- 1 Medium sized orange shopping list
- 1/2 TSP powdered ginger shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- Chopped chives, coriander, or mint leaves for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Cook onions in a large saucepan with the oil, until .
- Add the carrots, cover, and cook 3 minutes.
