Ingredients
  • 4 meat chops ( Lamb, or pork etc. )
  • 2 medium fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 garlic powder

Directions
  1. prep time does not include cooking of meat chops
  2. Cook the chops as you prefer.
  3. While thechops are cooking, make the salsa by mixing the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Chill the salsa and serve with the chops.
