How to make it

  • Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a boil.
  • Add carrots and cook until tender about 15 minutes then drain well and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add shallots and cook stirring occasionally until beginning to brown about two minutes.
  • Add honey, mustard and salt then stir to combine.
  • Add carrots and heat through then serve immediately.
