How to make it

  • Place cream cheese, 1/2 of the jelly, garlic, cilantro and cheddar cheese in a food processor. Process until evenly blended.
  • Line the bottom of a 7-inch heart-shaped pan with parchment paper. Spray the sides of the pan with nonstick spray. Add the cheese mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove cheesecake from pan. Garnish with remaining 1/2 cup jelly and red peppers. Serve chilled with crackers or thin slices of French bread.
