Choco Hazelnut Latte Cookies

- 1 pouch(1lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix shopping list
- 1/3 c unsweetened baking cocoa shopping list
- 3 Tbs instant coffee granules shopping list
- 1/2 c butter,softened shopping list
- 3 Tbs hazulnut-flavored syrup for beverages shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1-1/2 c toasted hazelnuts,chopped shopping list
- 1 c min semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 2/3 c Betty Crocker Rich and Creamy chocolate frosting shopping list
- 4-1/2 tsp hazelnut-flavored syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350. In large bowl,stir together cookie mix,cocoa and instant coffee.Add butter,3 Tbs syrup,and the egg;stir till soft dough forms. Stir in 1 c of the nuts and chocolate chips.
- On ungreased cookie sheets,drop dough with rounded 1-1/2 Tbs sized cookie scoop or rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart. Press each mound to flatten slightly
- Bake 8-10 mins or till set. Coolins;remove from sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely,about 15 mins.
- In small bow,stir frosting and 4-1/2 tsp. syrup. Spread 1 tsp. frosting on each cookie. sprinkle with remaining 1/2c nuts.
