Choco Hazelnut Latte Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350. In large bowl,stir together cookie mix,cocoa and instant coffee.Add butter,3 Tbs syrup,and the egg;stir till soft dough forms. Stir in 1 c of the nuts and chocolate chips.
  • On ungreased cookie sheets,drop dough with rounded 1-1/2 Tbs sized cookie scoop or rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart. Press each mound to flatten slightly
  • Bake 8-10 mins or till set. Coolins;remove from sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely,about 15 mins.
  • In small bow,stir frosting and 4-1/2 tsp. syrup. Spread 1 tsp. frosting on each cookie. sprinkle with remaining 1/2c nuts.
